Cinnamon Rolls - Dozen

Classic jumbo cinnamon rolls jazzed up with a butter enriched dough and not too sweet cream cheese frosting. I utilize the Japanese milk bread method called tangzhong which entails precooking some of the flour and liquid in the dough so they stay soft and fluffy just a little bit longer. Perfect for weekend mornings with a hot cup of coffee.
