I bring to you the mighty sourdough brown butter chocolate chip cookie! I like to think of myself as a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur and let me tell you, these bad boys are seriously delicious! They're chewy, yet crispy on the outside and loaded with chocolate! The brown butter gives them just a hint of nutty flavour.
